As we bid farewell to another action-packed year, we wanted to take a moment to reflect on 2023 - a year which has been a marked by purpose and progress, particularly with our philanthropic partnerships.
At Melbourne Quantity Surveyors, we believe in the power of giving back to the community that has supported us throughout our journey. This year, our commitment to community partnerships took centre stage as we joined forces with Habitat for Humanity, the Beyond Housing Wodonga Youth Foyer, and the Rumbalara Aboriginal Co-Operative.
Our collaboration with Habitat for Humanity has been an exciting partnership for us. To be able to play a small role in constructing homes for deserving families has been a highlight of our year. We have also delighted in supporting the Beyond Housing Wodonga Youth Foyer, a project dedicated to providing housing and support for young people experiencing homelessness, where these youths can receive education and build a path towards a fulfilling and independent life.
Our commitment to reconciliation and respect for Australia's rich Indigenous heritage led us to our involvement with the Rumbalara Aboriginal Co-Operative. By actively engaging in projects that uplift and empower Aboriginal communities, we've been privileged to contribute to the preservation of culture and the enhancement of lives.
Beyond our community-focused endeavours, Melbourne Quantity Surveyors has achieved significant milestones throughout the year, seeing us continue to grow and develop as a company. Our achievements are a reflection of the hard work and dedication of our talented team. This year, we continued to invest in employee development, providing training and opportunities for growth. Our team's expertise and passion are the driving forces behind our achievements.
We also expanded our range of services to better meet the diverse needs of our clients. From project feasibility studies to cost management and beyond, Melbourne Quantity Surveyors continues to challenge conventional quantity surveying services to ensure we add value to every project.
We can’t thank our clients enough for the opportunities we were presented in 2023. This allowed us to work collaboratively on some truly special projects throughout the year. There are lots of exciting things coming in 2024 for MQS so watch this space! We’re looking forward to seeing all our existing clients refreshed after a well-earned break and welcoming new clients in 2024.
Our office will be closing on Friday 22nd December 2023 and will be re-opening Monday 15th January 2024.
